Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties’ board will meet on 22 June to elect the board’s chairman and vice chairman along with the board’s committee members, according to a bourse statement.
The board will discuss Damac International Limited’s projects, in addition to a shared services agreement with a related party and new potential opportunities.
