Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties has completed the majority of its 34-storey Tower 108 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and will begin the delivery of its units later in 2018.
The tower includes ground floor, four parking levels, and 28 floors comprising 404 residential units varied among studios; and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, according to a company statement.
“Tower 108 offers a variety of units offering an immediate move-in experience in one of Dubai’s most sought-after areas,” Damac Properties’ general manager Ali Sajwani commented.
Tower 108 incorporates 24-hour concierge/reception, swimming pool, kids pool, play area, and a Jacuzzi, Damac revealed.
“We are looking forward to adding Tower 108 to our growing portfolio of completed towers that are reshaping the Dubai skyline, and to welcoming residents once the snagging and finishing work is complete,” Sajwani said.
