Dubai - Mubasher: Damac Properties confirmed that a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was concluded between Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN) and Damac International Limited to develop a project in Oman, according to a bourse statement.
Damac Properties holds a 20% share in Damac International.
The project will not have a significant effect on Damac Properties, the bourse filing added.
