Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties Company has launched the Beach at Navitas Hotel and Residences project; a number of hotel apartments at Akoya Oxygen complex.
The five-tower project includes three bedroom apartments with prices starting at AED 1.25 million, according to a statement released on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, the Dubai-based company unveiled a new project dubbed Akoya Imagine.
The stock rose 2.4% to AED 2.39 by 11:44 AM Dubai time as 666,900 shares were exchanged at AED 1.59 million.
