Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties Dubai on Monday announced the opening of its new residential project in Dubai, according to a bourse statement.
The new project, Aknan Villas, will be offered for sale starting 24 May 2017.
At the stock level, Damac closed Monday’s session 0.7% higher at AED 2.88 after 5.37 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 15.38 million.
