Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties has unveiled a slew of offers and discounts for Chinese investors and clients.
The real estate developer said that it will provide the owners of new houses with free hotel residence for four days over the next three years.
These offers came in line with celebrations of National Day of the People's Republic of China, according to Damac's statement on Thursday.
On a related note, the UAE-based real estate developer also plans to offer discounts at 4% on its residential units at the Business Bay, Merano Tower, and in Damac Majestine project.
