Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties’ first sharia-compliant property Ghalia tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is set to be delivered in 2018.
The 38-storey tower includes studios; and one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, according to a company statement.
"Ghalia caters to our growing Muslim customers who are seeking luxury living that also complies with Sharia laws," general manager of operations at Damac Properties Ali Sajwani commented.
The new property comprises separate fitness, swimming, and dining facilities for men and women, Damac revealed.
"Damac strives to provide dream homes and unique living concepts for customers from around the world, and we are thrilled to be completing the tower in 2018, with the handover of units starting near the end of the year,” Sajwani said.
