Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Maison, the hospitality arm of Damac Properties is set to add 2,484 keys to its portfolio this year.
The new projects are located in Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, senior vice president of international business development at DAMAC Wael Al Lawati stated.
Damac Maison is planning to inaugurate new projects in Dubai and to expand in Europe and Asia, Al Ittihad newspaper reported, citing the top official as saying.
Earlier in April, the parent company’s chairman Hussain Sajwani denied reports regarding a plan to offer the shares of its hospitality arm on the UAE markets.
