Dubai-Mubasher: The shareholders of Damac Properties approved on Tuesday the proposed 15% cash dividend for the second half of 2015,, according to a bourse statement.
The real estate developer will distribute 15 fils per share, totaling AED 907.5 million.
The company’s stock rose 1.08% to AED 2.82 after trading 7.2 million shares, with turnover of AED 20.28 million.
