Dubai – Mubasher: The potential acquisition that will be considered by the board of DAMAC Properties is related to rising the company's current shareholding in the Nine Elms project in London, the company announced on Sunday.
The company confirmed that the board has not received any other acquisition deals to date for the purpose of consideration, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
Noteworthy to mention that on Sunday, Damac announced that the board will discuss a potential acquisition in a meeting set to be held on 23 December 2020.
