Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) commenced trading on Sunday in the red, pressured by blue chip stocks Dana Gas and Aldar Properties.
The general index slipped 0.02% or 1.11 points to reach 4,517.34 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The energy sector led fallers, losing 1.4% after Dana Gas dropped 1.75%, while the real estate sector was down 0.3%, weighed by Aldar which declined 0.35%.
The banking sector shed 0.23% after First Gulf Bank (FGB) lost 0.42%.
A total of 4.45 million shares were exchanged at a turnover of AED 8.45 million and through 95 transactions.
