Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) started Sunday’s session in the red zone, coinciding with the fall of seven shares including Dana Gas, Aldar, and Etisalat.
ADX’s benchmark index lost 0.25% or 11.7 points to reach 4,578.14 points by 10:45 am UAE time.
The energy sector headed the decliners by a fall of 1.37%, as Dana Gas retreated by 1.7%; the real estate sector edged down by 0.9%, dragged by Aldar which lost 1.03%; the telecom sector declined by 0.5%, affected by Etisalat which levelled down by 0.5%.
ADX’s liquidity reached AED 6.37 million, as 5.19 million shares were exchanged through 93 deals.
