Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Dana Gas, Crescent Petroleum and RWE Supply & Trading reached an “amicable and mutually beneficial settlement agreement” to resolve the arbitration dispute before the London Court of International Arbitration, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The agreement will address all claims and bring the arbitration to a close.
RWEST Middle East has also joined the Pearl Petroleum consortium as a full partner for 10%.
