Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas has repurchased around $17.8 million of 4% Nile Delta Sukuk Ltd certificates, according to the company's disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Wednesday.
The company referred that the bought back Sukuk will be cancelled, which will lead to a decrease in the total amount of the 4% Nile Delta Sukuk Ltd Certificates to about $379.6 million.
It is noteworthy to mention that on Tuesday, 21 April, the company's shareholders approved to pay out cash dividends of 5.5 fils per share, amounting to AED 384 million.
