Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas postponed its general meeting scheduled for Saturday to 28 April as the quorum was incomplete.
Shareholders were due to discuss retaining annual profits for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The company earlier posted a net profit of AED 528 million ($144 million) in 2015, 15% up from AED 457 million ($124.42 million) in 2014.
The stock stood at AED 0.52 ($0.14) as 4.86 million shares were exchanged at AED 8.3 million ($2.26 million).
