Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Dana Gas stock declined Thursday to the lowest level in two weeks, negatively affected by the news that the company decided to reduce administrative and general costs through more layoffs at its head office.
The stock fell 2.04% to AED 0.48 after 11.22 million shares were traded through 78 transactions, with turnover of AED 5.4 million.
The company took the decision as a precautionary measure to control costs especially after oil prices plunged 75% during one year.
