Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas’ stock retreated during Wednesday’s trades after the company revealed the level of its exposure to The Abraaj Group, which filed for liquidation and received an approval earlier this month.
By 1:22 pm UAE time, Dana Gas’ stock shed 1.90% to AED 1.03. The stock fell earlier by 3.81% to AED 1.01, its lowest level since early May. In terms of trades, the stock registered AED 9 million in turnover after 8.9 million shares were exchanged.
Earlier on Wednesday, Dana Gas said it had a $6 million investment with The Abraaj Group, noting that it had no equity or credit exposure to Abraaj Holding or Abraaj Investment Management Limited.
