Dubai – Mubasher: Dana Gas is set to appeal the last ruling of London Court on the $700 million sukuk case at the end of January, company’s CEO Patrick Allman-Ward said on Wednesday.
London Court ruled that Dana Gas must pay the total of the sukuk’s par value, Allman-Ward told Al Arabiya.
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) listed company stressed that it would appeal London Court’s ruling on 29 January 2018.
