Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas set the shareholders’ meeting on 8 April to discuss the company’s shares buyback and employees’ incentive scheme, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will also consider the board’s proposal not to distribute dividends for fiscal year 2015.
The remunerations of the company’s board members will also be discussed.
The shareholders’ meeting will be postponed to 13 April 2017 in case of incomplete quorum.
