Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Dana Gas’ board will hold its meeting on 22 June to discuss the company’s business operations in Egypt, the UAE and Iraqi Kurdistan, according to a bourse statement.
The board will also review an update on collection of receivables in Egypt and Kurdistan, in addition to arbitration procedures.
The meeting will also consider amendments to the articles of association and mid-year report on the company’s 2016 scorecard, in addition to an updated report on Zora project operations.
The company’s stock stabilised at AED 0.54 after generating AED 1.94 million from the exchange of 3.58 million shares through 18 transactions.
