Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Dana Gas' board of directors will convene on 21 September, according to a bourse filing.
The board will consider the company's operations and projects in the UAE, Egypt and Iraq's Kurdistan, along with the receivables of Egypt's and Iraq's projects.
Moreover, the board will look into the reports on the shares' buyback plan, the amended articles of association, funding activities and financial strategies, and Zora project operation.
On Thursday, the stock quote steadied at AED 0.58 with 3.69 million shares traded at AED 2.13 million.
