Kuwait – Mubasher: The board members of Danah Al Safat Foodstuff on Tuesday held a meeting to overview the final draft of selling the company’s entire stake in the Lebanese firm F&B Venture Holding, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
The Kuwaiti company’s board has passed this deal to the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to make a final decision.
