Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the trading on Danah Al Safat Foodstuff’s shares to resume on Thursday, 5 April.
This decision followed the completion of decreasing Danah Al Safat’s capital, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
In February, the company’s shareholders approved shrinking the capital by 48.48% or KWD 14 million to KWD 14.875 million from KWD 28.875 million through cancelling 140 million shares.
