Mubasher: Danah Al Safat Foodstuff announced that its subsidiary United Fisheries of Kuwait has signed a contract to sell its entire equity in United Dana Fisheries Co.
A profit valued at KWD 960,000 is expected to be realised from selling this equity, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The contract was signed with a general trade and contracting company, Danah Al Safat said.
It added that the financial impact of selling this equity will be registered in the income statement of the fourth quarter of 2018.
