Dubai — Mubasher: Danube Properties announced that Cast Construction has been awarded an AED 149.5 million ($40.6 million) contract to implement construction works for its residential project Jewelz.
Located at Arjan, near Miracle Gardens, Dubai, the project offers 463 residential units, including studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
Launched in March, the AED 300 million development is set for completion in the first quarter of 2020, the UAE-based real estate developer said.
The property features a slew of amenities, comprising a health club, swimming pool, steam and sauna room, multi-purpose hall, jogging track, barbecue deck, badminton court and paddle tennis court.
Danube previously announced that 85% of Jewelz project, the developer’s 10th housing project, has sold out within two months of its market debut.
