Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai's Danube Properties on Thursday announced that it launched its tenth real estate project “Jewels” next to Miracle garden at Arjan.
With a total cost of AED 300 million, the project offers 463 fully furnished residential units, the UAE-based company said in a statement.
Jewels includes studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, park with a private entrance to the property, in addition to featuring a health club, swimming pool, steam & sauna room, multi-purpose hall, jogging track, barbecue deck, badminton court and paddle tennis court, the real estate developer said.
Moreover, the project offers luxury living at an affordable price and 15% returns on the customer’s total investment along with a benchmark 1% monthly payment plan, according to the statement.
