Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development on Monday has announced the launch of Mirabilia upscale residential villas with total investments of SAR 600 million.
The three-to-seven bedroom villas are located in Shams Ar Riyadh Development with an areas range between 300 and 1,600 square metres, Saudi Arabia's largest listed real estate developer said in a statement.
Interiors of the high-end custom-built villas have been implemented by Italian fashion provider Roberto Cavalli, Dar Al Arkan added.
Located on King Khalid Road, Shams Ar Riyadh Development is deemed the first of its kind in the kingdom in view of being designed as a city within a city.
Shams Ar Riyadh comprises international restaurants, global cafés, green landscapes and walkways, retail centres, playing areas for children, clinics, schools, and mosques.
Infrastructure works in the megacity of Shams Ar Riyadh exceeded SAR 1 billion during the current period, in addition to including two power substations.
“Mirabilia will redefine luxury living, offering its residents exclusive experiences right here in Riyadh, in this vast unique landscape that combines meticulously curated urban indulgence from the high-end Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli with the alluring Wadi Hanifa’s marvels,” Dar Al Arkan’s chairman Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash said.
