Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction privately executed on the shares of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development listed on Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
The transaction saw the trading of 2.25 million of the company's shares at SAR 5.80 per share, totalling SAR 13.05 million, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, Dar Al Arkan's share traded between SAR 5.70 and SAR 5.75.
Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index or the sector indices.
