Riyadh – Mubasher: Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company has launched the selling of the housing villas of Parisiana Living project, located in Riyadh.
The project offers diversified areas and designs of residential villas, according to a statement.
Dar Al Arkan awards guarantees on the building structure of the villas, in addition to the guarantees on the electric and mechanical works.
The sale of Parisiana Living villas is part of the company’s approach to provide the Saudi market with furnished housing units, managing director Abdullatif Abdullah Al Shalash said.
Al Shalash added that the company has developed more than 15,000 housing units and 500,000 square metres of rental spaces inside integrated residential communities.
