Dubai – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development has begun the construction works of Downtown Dubai's I Love Florence Tower.
With a total cost of AED 800 million, the project was launched in December 2017, marking the company’s first project outside the kingdom, Dar Al Arkan chairman Ziyad Al Shaar said.
Roberto Cavalli is the designer of the tower’s interior decoration, the Saudi property developer noted.
The tower consists of 38 floors, residential units with private lift that includes one-, two-, and three- houses, and penthouses, Al Shaar added.
The chairman expected the tower’s construction to be completed by the end of 2021.
