Riyadh – Mubasher: The general assembly of Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company has elected a new board of directors for the coming three years during a meeting held on Thursday, 27 June.
The company has appointed Youssef Abdullah Al Shelash as the new chairman, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
Majid Abdulrahman Al Qasem was appointed as the deputy chairman.
In the first quarter of 2019, the Kingdom-based real estate developer reported a 92.3% year-on-year drop in profits to SAR 25.51 million, compared to SAR 331.12 million.
