Cairo - Mubasher: Middle and West Delta Flour Mills Company will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 9 October to discuss the distribution of cash dividends at EGP 7 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The OGM will be discussing the company’s financial results for the fiscal year 2015-2016, as well as the board’s and the auditor’s reports.
