Cairo – Mubasher: Delta Sugar said Wednesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 25 March to discuss a proposal by the board to distribute cash dividends of 87 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 124.4 million.
The OGM will also look into the board and auditor’s reports on the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
