Cairo – Mubasher: Delta Sugar said it will hold ordinary general meeting on 26 March to review the company’s financial statements for 2015.
Meanwhile, the shareholders meeting will discuss deferring the company’s dividends to the next year, after deducting the legal reserves.
The company said it reported net profits of EGP 26.9 million in 2015, down from EGP 197.28 million in the previous year.
