Cairo – Mubasher: Delta Sugar reported on Tuesday a net profit of EGP 135.6 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017, against net losses of EGP 11.5 million for Q1-16.
Sales increased in Q1-17 to EGP 503.8 million from EGP 495.5 million in Q1-16, according to a statement to the bourse.
The company had earlier posted a net profit of EGP 142.46 million for FY16.
