Cairo – Mubasher: Delta for Construction and Rebuilding Company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed yesterday on withholding dividends for the fiscal year 2015.
The OGM also adopted the company’s financial statements of 2015, as well as the board of directors and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.
Earlier in April 2015, the company’s shareholders earlier approved 1-for-9 bonus shares for the fiscal year 2014.
