Riyadh – Mubasher: Derayah Financial announced a SAR 20.06 million cash distribution to the unitholders of the Derayah REIT for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2019.
The amount of profit distributed per unit stands at SAR 0.187, or 1.87% of the unit’s initial price, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The cash distribution will be paid within two working weeks from the entitlement date on 2 February 2020, the company noted.
