Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai’s Deyaar Development announced that it has teamed up with Microsoft to introduce a virtual-tour application in an effort to boost customer experiences and building processes across company operations.
Deyaar will use Microsoft’s mixed-reality HoloLens device to showcase its complete range of properties to potential customers by putting them inside a mixed-reality environment, the UAE-based developer said.
The cutting-edge technology will let the customers see the physical environment around them using digital additions “grafted on top”, and observed through a headset device.
The deal is in line with Deyaar’s strategy to provide state-of-the-art solutions to the residents and contributing to the region’s growing digital ecosystem, Deyaar CEO Saeed Al Qatami said.
Microsoft and Deyaar are also on the verge of finalising a Datacentre Modernisation Project for Deyaar’s hospitality division, which is launching later this year.
