Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development said Thursday that its board of directors has approved the proposed terms with The Lagoons Company regarding the land plot owned by Deyaar.
During its meeting yesterday, the board also approved receiving bank facilities for the Montrose and Midtown projects, according to a bourse filing.
