Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development said its board gave the go-ahead to some bank facilities for the Midtown and Barsha Hotel projects, according to a statement.
The company did not mention the value of these facilities in its statement.
The board set the date of the shareholders’ annual meeting on 5 April, yet the meeting will be postponed to 12 April in case of incomplete quorum.
The board also approved the appointment of the general counsel Amer Adel Al Zoubi as board secretary.
