Dubai-Mubasher: Deyaar announced a strategic partnership agreement with the Ascioglu Group on a residential project, according to a statement.
Istanbul-based real estate firm will introduce a tower in the Dania District of Midtown to Turkish investors interested to invest in the UAE property market.
The partnership followed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by the two companies in June 2015.
Deyaar fell 0.8% to AED 0.6, with a turnover of AED 860,400 generated from the exchange of AED 860,400.
