Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development on Sunday announced appointing Condor Building Contracting LLC as the main contractor for its recently launched residential project “Bella Rose”.
Condor Building Contracting has already started construction works within the framework of the 26-month contract to deliver the 18-storey project in Dubai Science Park by December 2020, according to an official statement.
Bella Rose, surrounded by a public garden and children’s play areas, will feature studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, the Emirati leading property developer added.
“The Bella Rose project is a unique addition to Deyaar’s portfolio and provides an excellent investment for buyers in the UAE,” vice president for projects and commercial at Deyaar Khalid Ababneh commented.
This announcement comes a few days following the project’s launch, which reflects Deyaar’s commitment to meet the growing demand for high-quality residential solutions and modern design, Ababneh said.

Deyaar is planning to offer exclusively campaign to book Bella Rose units with only AED 10,000 during Cityscape Global 2018, in addition to an attractive six-year monthly payment plan that starts from AED 3,750 per month. Unit prices in Bella Rose start from AED 449,777 for a studio apartment.
Bella Rose is located near to the Mall of the Emirates and major highways, featuring an infinity pool, gym, parking for residents and visitors, and 24-hour security, as well as retail stores on the ground level.
The residential tower also has the access to neighbourhood facilities such as schools, hotels, My City Centre Al Barsha shopping mall, Miracle Garden, and more.
