Deyaar to launch Dubai’s Bella Rose in Cityscape 2018

Dubai—Mubasher: Deyaar Development is set to launch a new residential tower named “Bella Rose”.

The announcement would be officially made during the first day of the Cityscape 2018, slated to take place from 2-4 October at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), the UAE developer said in a statement by on Wednesday.

Located in Dubai Science Park, the 18-storey Bella Rose will offer studios, one and two-bedroom apartments, and is projected to be clad in white, grey and black- designed modern minimalist architecture.

The project also features high-quality and various amenities, including swimming pool, kids’ area arena, retail stores, and 24-hour security.

The project is expected to be completed in 2020, Deyaar said, giving no further details on its cost.

“Not only is the project adjacent to a public garden and walking distance to a shopping mall, but it is within easy reach of the Expo 2020 site,” Saeed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar commented.

It will also offer studio apartments priced from AED449,777, and a lucrative six-month payment plan for apartments starting from AED 3,750.

Booking offers at Bella Rose will be available during Cityscape 2018’s first day activities, as the statement said.

The DFM-listed real estate company posted a profit of AED 207.4 million in the first half of 2018, against suffering a loss of AED 2.24 billion during H1-17.
