Dubai - Mubasher: Deyaar Development on Monday uncovered an AED 1 billion project called South Bay at Cityscape Global 2017.
Located in Business Bay, the South Bay development “is set to rival best in class residential and hotel developments,” Deyaar said in a statement.
With a built-up area of more than 1.3 million square feet, the 63-storey South Bay will comprise 926 units, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, of which 448 will be residential, 133 will be serviced apartments, and 345 will be hotel units operated by a multinational hotel brand, Deyaar added.
The official sales launch for South Bay will be announced in the coming months.
The new development “will offer fantastic views of The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour and Meydan Racecourse, taking elevated living to a whole new level,” the statement showed, adding that residents will enjoy hotel amenities, including a gymnasium, swimming areas, mini golf, and more.
"South Bay will be the perfect addition to our growing portfolio, as a property suitable for anyone looking to live at a prestigious address in the heart of modern Dubai. Business Bay is one of the most exciting neighbourhoods to be in today," Saeed Al Qatami, CEO at Deyaar, stated.
