Dubai - Mubasher: Deyaar Development current investments total around AED 5.4 billion, according to the company’s deputy chairman.
Investments are distributed among several projects, led by the AED 2.8 billion Midtown project at Dubai Production City, and The Atria project, in Business Bay, with total costs of nearly AED 1.2 bilion.
The company is also developing the Montrose project in Dubai Science Park with investments of about $850 million.
Around 40% of the construction work at The Atria and Montrose projects have been completed, the company revealed on the sidelines of Cityscape Global exhibition held in Dubai.
Deyaar also said it will soon reveal new projects, in partnerships with some major developers.
