Mubasher: Dhofar Fisheries and Food Industries Company’s board invited shareholders to attend an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 29 December 2015 at the company’s headquarter in Raysut Industrial Estate.
The meeting will discuss a proposal to amend article (26) of the company’s statue to reduce the number of board members to five, and elect a new board from shareholders or non-shareholders.
The company earlier posted a net loss of around OMR 941,000 in the third fiscal quarter of 2015, compared to OMR 578,000 in the same period last year.
