Dice Sport acquires Nadine Print for EGP 24m

Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear said it acquired Nadine Print plant for EGP 24 million.

Last September, the company signed a preliminary contract to buy Nadine Print where it paid EGP 10 million, in addition to another contract to buy the plant land for EGP 14 million.

Dice noted that the deal would not effective until converting Nadine Print to a shareholding company and appointing an independent financial advisor to set the company’s fair value.

Dice logged losses of EGP 5.63 million for the third quarter of 2016.
