Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear’s board of directors has agreed to purchase a number of assets worth up to EGP 48.9 million.
The assets include a 5,500-square metrer land plot worth EGP 17.5 million and machines, according to a bourse filing.
The stock was last traded on 15 March at EGP 7.15.
