Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear denied reports on talks for a stake sale and a potential merger with a company operating in the apparel sector.
The company has no intention to merge with another entity in the coming period, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, Dice logged a net profit of EGP 125.29 million, compared to EGP 112.06 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
