Cairo – Mubasher: Dice Sport and Casual Wear has signed an initial agreement with Zein El Din and Co to acquire Nadine Print at EGP 10 million, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
“The fair value assessment is currently under consideration for setting the cut-off acquisition value and for completing all necessary legal procedures”, the bourse statement revealed.
During the first half of 2016, the company’s net profit rose 74% to EGP 4.5 million.
